Yolanda is very talented and intuitive. I left my first visit feeling great relief after months of pain. I feel grateful to have found an amazing acupuncturist.

I have severe back pain from untreated sports injuries over the years – I’ve had 2 back surgeries but have permanent nerve damage on my spine. After a year of physical therapy to get to a good place when just walking, I’ve had times when the pain is unmanageable & I cannot walk or stand without extreme pain. After every session with Yolanda at Best Acupuncture NYC, I not only have immediate improvement and relief from whatever is going on in that moment, but her specialized treatment of the permanent nerve pain also improves. I thought after the surgeries I had to learn how to live with the pain, and at times felt hopeless because it’s unbearable. I tried everything. Medication does not work for me, and in general, it’s not a solution and causes other problems. This is a real solution for me.

Finally! I have searched for years to find an acupuncturist and one who also is a talented masseuse. Yolanda has healing hands… and needles. My wrist injury is finally healing and my whole body is healthier, not just my arm. (Bonus too: All the friends I keep referring LOVE her also!)

I can’t say enough about Yolanda. She has been a sanctuary for me as I have dealt with everything from fibroids to anxiety. She is so much more than an acupuncturist. Her gifted hands and compassionate care have truly improved my physical and mental health. She is a self-care must in my life!

Yolanda is the REAL DEAL! Her knowledge and skill of her craft are beyond measure. She was able to get rid of my sciatic nerve pain within 30 minutes!! Apparently, I had knots within my pericardial meridians which deal with the heart and its emotional connection so she counseled me on how to approach the issue holistically. The session was finished with a powerful shiatsu massage and aromatherapy. To say she should be charging way more is an understatement. Thank heavens people like her exist. I’m eternally grateful for meeting a true HEALER! I highly recommend everyone to pay her a visit.

Wow, wow, wow. I went to see Yolanda about a month ago and am still dreaming about this experience. I went to see her having been in major pain in my upper back and shoulder. When I arrived to the office, she was so easy and gentle with me, listening to where I was in the moment, and offered me water and even a ginger ale to soothe my upset stomach! I’d filled out an intake form before arriving so she was aware of what had been plaguing me, and asked some remarkably intuitive questions that gave me the space to dig a little deeper beyond my physical pain and consider what else could be at play. She started the session with a heat lamp over me that immediately relaxed me, and began gently manually releasing my stressed areas. The appointment included acupuncture, stimulation, and some mild stretching. I felt so cared for and relieved that I cried some during the session. There was a little chatting, but to the extent that helped me look closer at my self and how to better care for me. I felt so wonderful and at peace afterwards. I can’t thank her enough and am looking forward to regular sessions!

Yolanda is brilliant at what she does. I was looking for someone who could help me with my back pain and she is the right one. I highly recommend her if you want to get rid of your pain.

Yolanda is AMAZING and you should def go see her as in my experience she is the best and most passionate acupuncture I have ever gone to. I came to her as I used to have severe migraines and back pain. It has been 7 months since I have been seeing her and my migraine and pain and frequency have decreased at least 80%. Besides that, I love going there as it is a time for me to destress from work and just relax, enjoy the message she gives, the relaxing music she has always on and the essential oils she uses. I will def continue my treatment with her

Acupuncture and massage treatment with Yolanda is a beautiful and deeply appreciated weekly recharge. I feel safe and loved. Her work has helped me tremendously in moving through the pain, trauma, stress, and overthinking that was/is lodged in my body. As well as my body feeling more balanced, alive, and rested, Yolanda’s practice and care with energy work has helped my flow and alignment in ways I can’t always see but can always feel. The Electric Stimulation treatment following a much needed massaging and grounding, helped to really move some of the energy and tension I was holding in my back from exercise and sitting. I fell into a meditative connection with my body as I could feel the electricity and needles activating and releasing my muscles. The rose quarts, oils, and Yolanda’s care filled the session with comfort and deep relaxation.

I began seeing Yolanda approximately 2 years ago following a shoulder surgery. She is exceptionally gifted in both acupuncture and massage. I have recommended her to several friends and family members who have all had excellent experiences with her.

It took me 3 yrs while living here in NY to trust someone enough to call my acupuncturist. Yolanda is gentle with treatment and can always figure out exactly where my pain is coming from. Her experience with massaging is a plus with the treatment! I am so happy to have found her and would recommend her to everyone!!

Can i give MORE stars? I have had both of my knees reconstructed ( Mcl, Pcl & Meniscus ) and with just 15 minutes of treatment I was pain free for 6 months!!! I have been other places but NO-ONE is like Yolanda!

My experience at Invigorating Classical Acupuncture over the last year has been great!! Since I have been going to Yolanda for treatment, my muscles have been less tense and my energy throughout the day has gone up. During all of my acupuncture sessions, Yolanda knew the exact locations to apply treatment without me even telling her. As a ex-football player with a lot of muscle mass, Yolanda was able to apply the right amount of pressure when it came to stretching my neck and locating tense points on my body. I’ve been seeing Yolanda for deep tissue massage and acupuncture for about three months, and out of all the massage therapists I’ve seen in NY, she is my favorite.
